OSLO, NORWAY – 2 November 2021 – Sustainable biochemicals company Circa Group AS (stock symbol: CIRCA) welcomes Philipp Morgenthaler as Global Head of Manufacturing.
Based in Switzerland, Philipp has impressive experience in the development of greenfield factories and industrial-scale production facilities. He brings significant global manufacturing expertise and networks from an international career spanning almost 20 years, leading teams across Europe, USA, China and Brazil.
Following a successful IPO in March 2021, this new role leads Circa’s growth plans to achieve 80,000-tonne capacity by 2030. Philipp will also support Circa’s delivery of the ReSolute plant, located in France, which will produce the versatile platform biomolecule Levoglucosenone, from which the non-toxic, bio-based solvent Cyrene™ is derived.
